Jack's Adventure

Jack started his day by seeing a real live bear in Grandma & Grandpa's yard. It got so warm that the bears came out of hibernation. The funny thing is that I think Jack was more interested in all the squirrels then the bear! The bear turned over my parents' garbage can and pulled out a bag and dragged it up the hill. Usually the bears will tear the garbage apart once they sit down with it. Not this time - the bag was full of Jack's poopy diapers! Poor bear! Haha!

Late in the afternoon we took a break and surprised Grandpa & Uncle George at work with a visit. Jack was put in charge of answering the phones.

Jack's GI doctor called today. He's very pleased with Jack's weight and how much he's eating. Jack broke a record today and took 140 ml in one sitting! That's almost 5 ounces!

Finally, please keep Jack's friend Wyatt in your thoughts & prayers. I was going to post that Wyatt went home today but I was just on his blog and it looks like he spiked a fever today and he and the family are on their way back to the PICU at Hopkins. Wyatt's family has been an inspiration in patience, love, unwaivering faith and courage. I hope Wyatt will be able to go home real soon!

Love
Vic
